Great thought for the day. I will also add... the interesting thing is, the rest can be weeks, months or years! And what is rest really, the calm between the storms? I went through a couple years of rest,  after dealing with a major illness, to enjoy just where I was at. To feel not rushed to create, or move fast, but blink like an owl at the new world, with new eyes, then find an entirely new momentum.
