Cute cute cute
I- Can someone explain to me what this is? Like, I would die for them, but also Iâd like to know how these beautiful creatures came to exist.
So, we all know that the Winx Club Reboot sucked. However, if thereâs one good thing that came out of it, itâs all the creativity thatâs been expressed in response. Iâve watched several videos and seen many pictures on Tumblr and Pinterest in which people have shared their ideas for not only wardrobes for the beloved characters, but also about how to design the fairy transformations. Yâall are so artistic!
Iâm tired of seeing transgender identity represented as a cis man looking in the mirror and seeing a cis woman. Depicting a trans woman as a âwoman in a manâs bodyâ or trans man as a âman in a womanâs bodyâ is fundamentally anti-trans and just wrong for most of our experiences. I am a woman. Therefore I have a womanâs body. This is true regardless of how I appear or what my hormonal, genetic, and bodily makeup may be.Â
As a trans woman, Iâm forced into femininity through assumptions about my desires, ignoring that I also enjoy clothes designed for men. I spent years gaining the confidence to wear clothes designated for men again after being repeatedly told I couldnât be trans if I had such a desire.Â
There is a solution to this issue of representation. We can create more art describing trans people being forced into conforming to gender roles, trans people of color resisting white standards of trans identity, or trans people opposing the idea that we canât exist in everyday life. I want to see trans art guided by and featuring trans people. I want to represent me.

Such amazing artwork!
I wanted to draw something fun and celebratory today for Transgender Day of Visibility! Because being trans is a beautiful thing, even if it often comes with painful experiences. Trans people are used to mourning and struggling on a daily basis: there needs to be moments of celebration as well.
These are the main characters from my upcoming graphic novel Diana & Charlie! You can read it in English on my Patreon page or buy the book in Swedish when it comes out on April 14th!Â
Transgender people are so beautiful for finding the bravery to be true to themselves. I wish every single transgender person love and happiness, you deserve nothing less <3
Not Exist Do Limits. Dress as Papa Smurf, you must
The fact that itâs considered the norm to wear very basic sets of clothing is starting to make me sad. Like, I know that not everyone cares enough about fashion to do super wacky and experimental things with their clothes and I know many people just want to fit in/donât have the time or money to find interesting outfits, but I dream of a world where I can walk down the street and see a gaggle of goth bitches, a happy couple channeling Brigitte Bardot and Papa Smurf respectively, someone dressed as a giant kiwi with 6 inch heals, and an office worker who looks like they decided to mix clowncore and dark academia fashion together as messily as possible :(

That belt is so stunning, and Iâm drooling over those chains. Light blue is such a lovely color, and I love how it works on all of these items, especially in combination with the gold accessories and detailing!

I love to see when hard work on a garment turns out so well. Many of the most beautiful and valuable pieces are the ones with long hours of hard work and dedication poured into them.
That wonderful moment when you fall in love with a garment
Once in a while, when youâre scrolling through Pinterest, or window shopping, or lusting after designer items youâll never be able to afford, you have a special moment where you come across a garment that makes you feel giddy with love. Whether it be a beautiful gown, a unique top, or something as simple as a finely crafted hoodie, it makes you want to do nothing but fantasize about wearing it. Â
An example from my life is an item from the designer and tailors of House of Aris (they make some beautiful pieces, check them out at houseofaris.com/). The item in question was a 3 piece set consisting of a small top, skirt, and cropped button up collared blouse. It had little daisies printed or embroidered (I canât tell which from the pictures) all over, and it was a beautiful light blue color. Unfortunately, itâs sold out now, so I likely wonât ever get the chance to buy it; Iâm not sad about this though. In my experience, itâs enough to just look at the pictures and appreciate the beauty of items like this one. Â
Some of the art that fashion designers create is so wondrous that Iâm thankful that it exists at all. A world without these pieces for us to daydream of simply isnât as good, and itâs nice to know that many others besides ourselves will get to enjoy the clothing we might never have. As people love to say with dating, thereâs always more fish in the sea, and I hope everyone is not only able to get many catches in their lifetime, but also appreciate the quality catches of others.
Thank đ You đ

đ Giving Tuesday đ: The Race Isnât Over
Itâs Giving Tuesday, Tumblr.
We know 2020 wasnât easy â and we are almost free â but this year, we want to remind you: the U.S. Elections arenât over⌠yet. Like the Spanish dub of Supernatural, we're going to have to relive that first week in November one last time.
Georgia has two U.S. Senate runoff races that will decide how our government addresses everything from the future of healthcare access to police reform.
Itâs kind of a BFD.
So: reblog. Make a call. Send a text. Donate (if youâre able). And learn more
