Lonely christmas

Last year when my ex broke up with me I had a panick attack, because of resent events this year I realize I am a tad monophobic.. And it makes times like christmas so much worse.. This year I actually thought I was going to make it through christmas without breakdowns, that I actually could feel happy and christmassyy.. But hell no, lately I've felt tired and grumpy and sad. And today I got an anxiety attack after work. I thought I'd finally got rid of that shit but no. My monophobia is getting worse by the years. This hurts like hell.
