"Hey, you look like a fish, opening and closing your mouth that like. You should stop, a bug might crawl in, and then wouldn’t that be a sorry ending for the little fella? Hmm?" 

He turns his attention back to his mound of dirt - he needs to make sure that everything is perfect. It looks rather lonely, however, and so he decides to stick one of the limp flowers he pulled out back on top.

"There. Wonderful, ay."

"So comrade, you wanna know about ETs? Hm? Let me give you a little something. " He pulls out a leaflet and offers it to the man. "A little something I made, just for citizens like you."

Luhan makes a disgusted face at the other's words, but closes his mouth as he furrows his eyebrows. That had to be one of the most weird things anyone told him, and being immortal, Luhan has heard a lot of odd things. "Mmh?" He takes the leaflet from the other, his eyes scanning through it before a small snort is heard from him, a small smile forming on his lips as he looks back at the other. "Wait- Do you really think these exist?"

I don’t think it’s as exciting as you’re thinking. [ ` he smiles wryly, tapping his fingers on the windowsill ] most clients want the same things. and I’ve designed a few… It’s interesting to think about each individual, what they need and what they want from a house. And it’s interesting to see what kinds of houses they have in their minds… [ ` but for the last sentence he’s no longer thinking of houses in the real world, but houses in their dreams ]

['he stops drawing again at this, his eyes moving from the painting to Minseok as he eyes him thoughtfully] Mmh.. I see. ['he leans back in his chair, smiling a little] That does sound like fun. It's a shame most people don't have enough money for the kind of house they truly wish for, eh?

Sehun eyed the other as he pressed his hands on his chest theatrically, expression turning to a pout. “Owch, you hurt my feelings.”

He just hid the fact of how annoyed he was because the boy managed to read him, almost. Almost, but not quite.

"Fine, no friends then. Just two strangers that keep bumping into each other. How about that?" Sehun suggested, shrugging a little as he eyed Luhan’s bare feet. Quite odd he wasn’t affected by the cold in any way. "If that’s safer for you."

"Yes, better." Luhan shrugged, his feet slightly splashing the water a little, almost childishly. He watched as the moonlight reflected itself on the clear water, and Luhan honestly thought it was beautiful. He just wanted to draw it at the moment. "Hey, get your feet in the water." Luhan asked, smiling innocently as he glances up at Sehun. "It feels nice."

"Oh, smart." Sehun whistled silently, though kept the smile on his lips as he stopped next to the veela, crouching down as well as he looked at the water - though side-eyed the other occasionally.

He just felt like the boy was hiding something delicious, something that was worth everything else. His curse and blessing was the fact that he was found out to be a creature, too; winning the boy’s trust wasn’t going to be easy - especially since he seemed to be pretty smart.

Smart people were frustrating sometimes.

"But hey, it hasn’t stopped us from befriending, so." Sehun shrugged, turning his head to the other with a smile. They just needed time.

Luhan hums slightly, looking over at Sehun. "So, you think we're befriending?" He raises his eyebrow, smiling slightly as he starts untying his shoelaces. Touching the water with his hands was too dangerous, but with feet was safer. Luhan enjoys the feeling of water a lot; maybe he should go to the beach sometime. "I think you're just trying to snatch information about me." He said quite directly, removing his socks as well to move his feet in the clear water, smiling a little at the feeling. To a human, it must be ice cold, but to Luhan, it felt just perfect. "I don't have friends anyway, so don't get  your hopes up."

Just.. art in general. I still didn't really choose what I'd like to do. ['he shrugs a little, looking back out of the window] I'm thinking of something scenery-related, but I'm not sure. There are so many options. ['he smiles, looking back at you] Being an architect must be very tiring though; have you designed a lot of houses already?

happy birthday! [ ` hands you a small slice of cake with oreo filling ] it's ice cream cake... I didn't know what you liked, but I hope this is okay? [ ` smiles slightly ]

--Oh- ['he looks honestly surprised, blinking at the slice of cake and looking up at you with a slightly open mouth. he just stares for a moment, before slowly taking the cake] I didn't think anyone would remember my birthday.. ['he mutters, before chuckling softly and smiling as he looks back up at you] This is perfect, thank you so much.

"And here I thought you didn’t like mysteries. Or is it just when it comes to others?" Sehun eyed the other, fastening his steps to catch up. "You want to make sure you find others out, but rather keep yourself as a mystery, don’t you?"

Well, weren’t they similar, then. If Sehun was right, that is, and by what he had learned so far, this was his best guess.

"Don't we all enjoy that?" Luhan raises his eyebrow, smiling as he shrugs. He leads the way towards the small river that ran by the forest, sitting down near it. "That's exactly what you're trying to do with me, so shut it." Seems like Luhan is as gentle as always. Well, for a person with a frozen heart, Sehun is lucky to manage to snatch so many smiles from Luhan so far. Luhan just knew he had to make sure Sehun didn't realize he didn't have a beating heart, or the other would never leave him alone again.

Kristopher just loves it when citizens of the Earth come up to ask him about his work - he sees it as another chance to educate them on the truth. 

"My dear comrade! Let the people watch! This is an all important task I am doing here, right here, right now, right at this very time, yes! This could save us all." He pats down at a small mound of dirt. "I’ve placed a device into this spot - a most perfect spot this spot is - and it will protect us, comrade!"

When he sees the aghast look on the stranger’s face, he decides to change tactic, from reassurance to scaremongering. “Citizen! If I do not, or rather, if we do not act now, the extra terrestrial invaders will take over. Take heed! Take this protective gear and stick it on your noggin!”

Luhan's mouth kept opening and closing slightly at the other's words, eyebrows slightly furrowed as he could only stare. Whoever this person was, he surely wasn't that good up in the head. "What--?" Luhan frowned, glancing back at the amount of dirt, before looking at the other again.  He has met a lot of confusing humans before, but never to this extent. "Extra terrestrial invaders..? What's all that about?" Luhan raised his eyebrow slightly, head tilted. This had to be taking alien obsession to a whole new level, surely. Was this kind of behavior even healthy?
