there is a piece of media which features an organized group formed (as far as it's made known) almost completely by minors and that partake in armed direct action against the government/government's suppression organ in response to the discrimination, persecution and segregation they are subjected to because they "suffer" from a medical condition that makes them extremely attractive as exploitable workforce since they have the ability to be more productive than the common population, but because they refuse to be used as expendable labor the government will not research or develop a treatment for this condition (that btw is genetic and comes with a life expectancy of around twenty years old max) unless it involves the "cure" of these traits (that i repeat, are congenital) in favor of the removal of what makes this community united, cohesive and unique and the assimilation into society and the status quo (something this group is willing to die at a young age to avoid being stripped of their individuality and thrown into a community that so far has looked at them with fear and repulsion). This group is obviously portrayed as a terrorist organization and dealt with by the Good Guys, who after defeating them convince them to subject themselves to this previously mentioned treatment that was MiRaCuLoUsLy developed extremely shortly after they defeated the Bad Guys and leaves one wondering why wasn't it possible to extend their life expectancy without removing all other traits of this condition, which were not harmful and an important part to the group's members' identities.

Now you would think this is some deep, complex book or even show that revolves around minorities and their struggles against the system or about government suppression against contrary ideology groups or about systematic medical ableism but it's ACTUALLY the final plot point of japanese videogame, anime and manga Inazuma Eleven Go 2: Chrono Stone, whose plot actually involves a high school soccer team that travels in time in a magic van with a talking robot bear to participate in soccer matches where they shoot fire, spawn penguins and terraform the field magically so they can win against historical figures and stop both the goverment that wants to destroy soccer AND the terrorist group that was born because this condition is caused by having grandparents that were insanely good at soccer.
