Vegan ice cream is so good, but it’s even better when you get an extra scoop for free! Chocolate, ube, matcha and coconut on a waffle cone. I live for times like these!

• always recycle (simple but very effective)

•use a menstrual cup (goddesses, TRUST me)

• use a reusable water bottle

• use the same towel more than once (i typically pick one towel and use it for my shower for a week instead of using a different one every day)

• unplug everything (instead of just turning off the lamp, unplug it)

• if you see trash, pick it up

• go thrifting

• donate (clothes, furniture, shoes, etc.)

• skip the paper receipt and get it sent to your email instead

• buy local

• open the windows instead of using a/c

• fill your house with plants

Have you ever heard of vegan fast food? A littleplace called Plant Power Fast Food had taken every concept of fast food and has veganized it making it better for your health, the animals and the planet.

Had the best breakfast at Disneyland! Vegan mickey waffles! These were soooo good!

Some of the yummy food that my love and I had at the Vegan Faire last night. There was soooo much food it was super overwhelming! But everything was soooo good! Definitely will be coming back next summer!

What a beautiful day in Palm Springs! Had a delicious and refreshing breakfast before heading out to the Whitewater preserve. It was sooooooo hot, but still lots of fun! Definitely enjoying my summer!

My love and I had an amazing beach day is San Diego today! We had breakfast at one of the most beautiful vegan cafés I’ve ever been too, they had the most delicious food and wonderful view at the rooftop looking over La Jolla. I can’t wait to finally move out here for college in September. Truly one of the best days so far this summer!
