Everyday is leg day when you’re running from your problems
decided to make a proper comparison again for a change.
it’s been a while since I’ve posted some progress photos. which has a ton of reasons. I had to take a 5 month break from lifting due to back and knee problems and I went back to school in september, so I don’t really have a lot of time to blog. BUT I am back in the gym (which is now a room in my own apartment! :D) and stronger than ever, even if I gained back some of the weight / fat I initially lost, thanks to the involuntary break. eh, what can you do. ;)
anywho, have some photos of today’s pump.

vegan 1: is this food item vegan?
vegan 2: that is literally entirely made of chemicals
vegan 1: ok but vegan chemicals?
I think it’s super important to remember that if you’re exercising regularly and eating healthy, you’re ahead of the game. We (at least I know I do) inundate ourselves with images of fitness models/competitors/bloggers via social media, and we start to think that that’s the norm and feel badly if we can’t live up to it. But really, if you’re keeping yourself in good shape and eating well, you’re already killin’ it. Most people in the world aren’t doing that. Be proud of yourself.

Calling all Vegetarians!
Okay so I recently (as in yesterday) decided that I am going to go vegetarian. I’ve never really liked meat all that much but my dad and sister are big meat people. I’ve never tried being vegan/vegetarian before and I need some tips! I would also like some vegetarian/vegan friendly health/fitness blogs to follow!
