It’s been a while since I’ve posted here, but I feel like I’m at a point where I can get back to it. So much happening recently! Today I woke up and realized that my body has changed a lot. After years of being worried and embarrassed about my body and making it suffer, in the last couple years I had let it all go and just eat all the vegan food I want and listening to my body. And I can finally say I feel happy and in sync with my body. Yay to health! Yay to vegan food! Rice and potatoes!!!(Go to food recently hahaha)

There's a vegan/vegetarian diner called The Chicago Diner I think! I'm not vegan but I've heard it's really good

Yes I've been there a couple times! The food is good and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice

Hey! There's plenty of vegan restaurants and cafe's in Chicago! Definitely enough to choose from and I still haven't visited even half of the places yet. As well as all the options in stores. You shouldn't have any problems coming to Chicago:)

I would eat this every morning if I had the time and the $$ 😩😩  Oats cooked with mixed frozen berries, topped with coconut yogurt, fresh fruit and rawnola (blended up oats, dates, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, molasses and hemp seeds) 😋 (Frozen blueberries in oatmeal is still the best though 👌👌)
