German Dark Knight quests

This is an English translation of the German script for the level 45 and 50 dark knight quests (and some extra bits at the end), meant as a supplement to the translation of the Japanese script found in this and this post showcasing the large differences between Japanese and English Fray’s characterisation. Since haillenarte mentioned in their posts that the German script usually stays closer to the Japanese script than the English script does, and I can’t read Japanese but can read German, I decided to check out the German version and translate it for comparison.

If you believe that all your effort is going to take too much time so you might as well not make the effort then yes, you’re never going to have art skills.

But art skills are skills; they are learnable. You can practice them. Innate “talent” maybe extends as far as high visual acuity and good hand-eye coordination.

I’m not going to say that there are no barriers, that someone with no carpal tunnel doesn’t have an advantage over someone with carpal tunnel or whatever, but at some point that artist you like who makes three drawings a day was also fucking up perspective and didn’t understand line weight and had their proportions all wrong. They started out with no skills too.

And “too long” really depends on the time scale you’re looking at here.

You wanna make awesome fanart in your 50s? I know I’m still going to want to make fanart in my 50s, I’d love for it to be better art than the art I made now. So I might as well practice when I can because I’ve got a lot of time to do it.

Persona game concept that takes place in a seaside town.

The main character moved in with their grandfather for the summer, working in his failing fishing bait business. Family owned business are going down as big name brands come in. The murder of the daughter of the towns mayor sparks a fear into the citizens it doesn’t take long for top names in the town to go missing and show up in some type of body of water. the main character comes across an underwater world with friends where people get consumed by their negative emotions.(y'all know this) The velvet room takes place in an observatory. The way to summon a persona is to cut away your past self essentially. people usually go missing after a big storm after a while, flooding makes the real world warp with shadows. There are a lot of suspects for on who the murderer could be but your coworker in the fishing bait store is a bit mysterious.

Au Idea:  everything is happening in gregs head and Rose left him because she couldn't deal with his insantiy and proceeded to leave a toddler steven who grows up and does everything he can to make sure he and his dad have food and stay on the road until they can reach the place Greg and Rose met, Beach City. In the hopes that he can find his mom or anyone who knows greg. In the process they find out Rose died and left everything to Steven In her Will and she had 3 roomates, who remember Greg perfectly.
