No dividers needed for this but—if you are or have been a victim of grooming, please do not be afraid to speak up. You are not alone. You will not be alone. There will be people to support and help you heal, if not real life then online. There are many many people like you who have been healed or still suffering. Even after no contact. You are certainly not alone in any way. Do not be afraid to call for help or feel like you're about to burst and you really need someone—anyone.

Grooming is a horrible and disgusting act that no one should have to deal with. It's not your fault for not realizing sooner and it's not your fault for not doing something about it sooner, none of it is your fault. You are a victim and you deserve everything for whatever hell you've had to put up with. You are strong for dealing with it. I'm proud of you for staying strong and having the ability to speak up I really am and so are many other people. ♡
