A study by the University of Sydney (Australia) revealed, after a follow-up to 2500 people, those who had the blood vessels of the retina (retinal arteries) abnormally narrow at baseline were four times more likely to develop 10 years after glaucoma.The finding could lead to ophthalmologists a new way to identify and treat the most vulnerable to loss of vision as a result of glaucoma.
