A: it’s not fetish for me at all , I like the mpreg concept because it’s a thing in the tf2 canon so I thought it would be interesting to explore it , it's not a sexaul thing for me , I have nothing against people who do like it that way though...

I KNOW most mercs realistically wouldn't show much when mpregged (Because they're tall / muscular) but there's something so fun about them becoming so ridiculously pregnant it impedes with their ability to hide it, do their job, and then going into labor in the worst possible place ever...
