kousuke sato ultimate dogboy. itās really hard to overstate just how much this boy is dog-coded. not even in the boring way this guy is rabid!!! koemi compares him to a puppy all the time in her narration. i could put two photos of my own dog and kousuke and no one would be able to tell the difference. my dogboy,,,
i actually have a set of ocs who i essentially rolled a wheel for every aspect of their character, which included personality!! clover here was āshy, dumb, scaryā (i came up with as many personality traits as i could and realized afterwards it wasnāt that many ā¦) and only one of those traits has really survived? because cloverās dumb as a rock. unironic conspiracy theorist, D+ student, and currently chasing after a girl who hates their guts, which everyone knows but them. hey, hereās to hoping itāll work out,

I had three different activities back to back to back last night and woke up so sick I've literally just been camped out on the couch all day. But I really wanna do OC-tober, because I love talking about BTBB world building. I'll probably have to get creative with some prompts, but the ones from Week 1 were pretty easy to answer! Under the cut, not for spoilers, but because of length.
New OC ;
Not quite new, but someone who hasn't been mentioned here, and has gotten a bit more development lately. Meet Matsuyoshi Yurika, a former HPA hopeful! Felt pretty confident that she'd be scouted as SHSL Journalist, and was one of ~20-25 students who frequently made people's lists for who they thought might be scouted. Did not get scouted, and feels very very shorted. Her feelings are starting to warp and worsen as the days go by. Has recently started to theorize that a specific 79-B girl might have been switched in last minute, taking the spot that would have gone to her. Having a target for her pain and anger is not a good development for anyone.
Old OC ;
I think one of the first OC's I made for BTBB would be... wow, probably someone's parent? Åtori Maricar, Teruya's mom, comes to mind, but so does Reginald Banks, Haruhiko's dad. Maricar is a Filipina who met Kojiro at a wedding; he was the best man, and she was the sister of the bride! Reggie is American, and met Kobashikawa Yuriko (also OC) when stationed in Japan; he went into the Navy for better career options, but wanted to join the air force. Both Maricar and Reggie left behind their families/home countries to marry the person they'd go off to start a family with, which is a fun similarity between two early OCs.

A hard pick! I'm really attached to Tsurugi's mom, Tomori's sister, and Uehara's siblings. But, let me name one I actually have good reason to talk about. KatÅ Masami is an Ultimate Student, and the current headmaster of HPA. They're sooo fun to me. Has shelves upon shelves of books and DVD's, likes to garden, and looks the same as they did in high school. They wore a cardigan to work today and are hoping that it isn't too informal. They're like 5'2 and their bangs cover up their eyes, so they have to pin them up when interacting with students. They're on the lore page here on Anew.
Sona/Self Insert ;
I do not have a self insert for BTBB </3. A few people in server have played around with some for me, so there's some characters inspired by me that might show up in the background on occasion. If I were to make one, he would have literally no connection to HPA at all. He goes to school in the Midwest and is majoring in ASL. That feels pretty accurate to how I go about au'ifying things nowadays. Maybe he's been on a plane Koba was piloting. Good for you, non-existent self insert!
Under-Appreciated OC ;
Honestly, it's my Iranami sibling OCs. I want to make more of them, but like... despite having 15+? right now, who I took time and effort to give concepts and plot lines and personalities that I care about, none of them ever really catch my attention. They've been around for soooo long, and I don't think I've ever thought about them outside of how they affected Satsuki. I can't even find my old notes on who had what lore. Anyways, funny detail is that a bunch of them were adopted, and Iranami's parents only picked kids who had hair/eyes that were blue, yellow, or pink.
mia!!! i donāt really think about mia. everyone else in her ocverse has likeā¦ actual plots centered around them and mia is just someoneās girlfriend </3 this is mainly bc her old story relied heavily on her magical abilities, so when i changed the story to no-magic she got shafted the most, but also I just donāt find her interestingā¦ iāve always liked her design at least! very fun to doodle
truth be told, idk if i really have a favoriteā¦ but koemiās definitely up there! made her in 8th grade and have been abnormal about her for every year since, five years by now. itās a pity iāll never finish her fangan bc i need everyone to be as abnormal about her as i am. they donāt even know how annoying she can be š
my first oc ever, ms maddieā¦ she used to be some super badass edgy assassin girl, but nowadays sheās just chilling. straight vibing. also in story limbo rn but sheāll always hold a special place in my heart. fitting though that i ended up running out of time to finish it-
whipped this up quick last minute bc college is keeping me busy, but iām still happy with it! go my beautiful unnamed butch ā¦ sheās still in story limbo but iāve been thinking about her and her situationship more, and itās good to finally get her design on paper!
