Angela wakes up at 8am and chooses violence.
You wouldn’t last an hour in the asylum where they raised me
I’m not being dramatic when i say Izzy from bb25 is one of the best casting decisions on that show in a decade
Mecole says god was too stingy dispersing the common sense into this group of people
a split house with a few faves on each side....i'm happy
Im Julie Chen-Moonves and you're watching whatever the hell this is
Unanimous vote...id run upstairs and jump off the balcony and change the trajectory of everyone's life
they low key look like they’re about to bop to the top
I think a big problem with the editing isn’t necessarily that they’re choosing to exclude stuff, it’s that they’re choosing to include too much stuff that leaves little room for what we want.
Think back to the first few seasons - the competitions were given roughly 5 minutes of airtime on the episodes. Now, they spend roughly half the episode AT LEAST on competitions that are increasingly over produced. With two comps a week plus in recent seasons a twist competition, that leaves only about 20ish minutes to actually show us what’s going on in the house, any fun moments, strategic gameplay, important conversations, and character development.
That 20ish minutes is also sucked up with cartoonish sound effects and certain repetitive unnecessary DRs (think of every DR where a houseguest repeats the rules to a competition after we’ve just heard it explained or the classic “so I walk out into the backyard”). It’s not surprising that the show isn’t able to show a complex game when they choose to structure the show around all this extraneous crap and leaves minuscule amount of time for what we actually watch big brother for
On September 25, 2002, Danielle Reyes became the first black woman to ever be in the final two of Big Brother.
Then, 20 years later to the day, Taylor Hale becomes the first black woman to ever win a mainline season of the game. She did that!!!
TAYLOR HALE - Day 1 → Day 82
“I am not a shield, I am a sword. I am not a victim, I am a victor.”
first black female winner, first winner to get afp, first winner to sit on the block the most, biggest social media following gain, one of the few winners with the least amount of comp wins as well as not getting the chance to play part three to win.
Hell was the journey but it brought me Heaven
Taylor Hale makes Big Brother history, becoming the first Black woman to win the original show in 24 seasons, as well as the first houseguest to ever win BOTH the show and America’s Favorite Player
Imo the biggest weakness in Michael and Brittneys game is that they both assume everyone elsd thinks like them/are motivated the ways they are. It's why they think monte/joseph/taylor would take out someone before the seven, why they think turner is with kyle 100%, and now why they think they can flip jasmine by exposing joseph. Jasmine's never going to believe Brit or Michael over Joseph because she operates differently than they do.
Brittany: “one person can’t watch the live feeds 24/7”
“And I took that as a challenge”
