And so I’m going to judge my peers by the ones who are here, rather than by the delightful people I’ll be associating with in the real world once filming on the Bolt holiday special begins. What would a grouch off even entail? Excuse me? I’ve worked very hard to deserve the yesses I get, you can’t even imagine what a day on set feels like, it’s very hard work.

There’s also the internet. You know, forums and Reddit threads and comments on videos which are more indicative of what the world thinks, and if you bothered to check those, you’d see my opinion is far from a lone one. I have no idea, though, I even said I don’t know what a grouch off would entail, but if I had to try to imagine, I think it’d be being put in progressively cheerier situations and whoever stays grouchy longest wins? Like, I don’t know, a massage, being surrounded by a bunch of puppies, dinner with the beautiful girlfriend, etc. Hard work is great but when you expect people to agree with you just because you work hard, that’s called entitlement.

Yes, because the junior class is entirely indicative of the real world and the distribution presented there. I do resent hearing Kori’s grumpier than me though, I think I could take them in a grouch-off, if there was a way to measure that, anyway. I’d say it’s important for someone to say no to you when you deserve to hear it or you’ll end up spoiled but I dunno, kinda seems like it’s too late.

Yeah, but that makes sense when you go with someone you like. When you go with a rando, there’s no guarantee you’ll have a good time. I’m sorry, what? As far as I’ve been told, Christmas specials are among the most watched programming every year, people love having something to help them boost their holiday cheer. And it’s not a debut, it’s my return. The show’s been in like, permanent limbo since I got sent off to Walt. It could just be a one hour episode about nothing and people would be so happy to see me and Bolt reunite, but I’m sure having trees and snow falling and white lights strung everywhere will just make it even more exciting for them. Plus, it’s too tight of a production schedule to have it ready for Halloween anyway. Maybe next year! I’ll be sure to pitch that to them.

I’m sure they get a lot of views, but people don’t watch Christmas specials because they’re lovable and heartwarming, or at least I don’t - I watch them because they’re generally the cringiest episodes on tv and I love second-hand embarrassment. It’s always the same thing, trying to keep the Christmas spirit alive and full of holiday tropes that never happen in real life. The only thing tropier is an It’s A Wonderful Life-Style episode for the holidays, so I guess as long as it isn’t an episode of ‘what would our lives be life if we never met Bolt’ then it won’t be worse than any other holiday special. Does producing a show really take that long? That’s wild - hopefully the acting takes less time, wouldn’t want to miss too much school.
