Dishonored 2 - Jindosh Riddle

Solving this by hand was a welcome distraction last night–though it took considerably longer than it should have due to some sneaky (some might say unfair) reflexive use of pronouns in the Snuff Box > Fraeport > neighbor’s wine sequence. So we spent a lot of time on the “oh, it has to be three women in a row,” path because “surely it would be an absurd use of language to phrase it that way if they’re only talking about two women.”

Happy to see any kind of puzzle that requires footwork like this in a video game, but on the order of difficulty like… apparently this riddle has been the sole lock on a palace of mystery unopened for the past decade-ish because it’s SO HARD that NOBODY CAN CRACK IT. I guess The Empire ain’t got logic grids???
