welcome to our sideblog.

we don't have a diagnosis nor the confidence to say we are anything we aren't, so we will simply just be. this is a trial and an open invitation to those that haven't felt safe to have a voice online before to blog and interact safely with others.

if neglect is a horrible, visceral experience for a child then is it not possible that, in being shown a world where being left to their own devices & simply existing is almost the worst thing possible, they will subsequently do everything in their power to avoid ever “just existing,” even if it means never letting their thoughts settle on any matter; never arriving at the simple & effective conclusions on anything & thus having to set them down; & inventing the worst tortures for themselves - making these tortures the whole substance of their life - so that these at least can always be happening
