the ONLY rovickie mention??
It literally would’ve been so easy to include Vickie and her and Robin’s relationship in the epilogue. So easy. They could’ve just had her be at the graduation, or shown a clip of her and Robin off together somewhere, or they could’ve had someone ask Robin about Vickie during that scene on the roof. But no. They butchered the only slice of slightly nice queer representation left.
Sorry, was Vickie part of Kali's illusion? Because where the hell did she go??
if Robin saying "including overbearing significant others" really meant that rovickie broke up (which im still unsure about btw??), then not only did they get rid of the only canon wlw arc with ONE single line, they also absolutely assassinated Vickie's character in the process.
i actually feel a little sick after this ngl. i personally don't love kicking off the new year knowing that lesbians don't deserve a season long arc with their promised date (that was mentioned twice btw) as its climax in the finale
oh so you're saying that the lesbians don't deserve a happy ending? there was really not even a minute to spare in your long ass finale?
lmao are you telling me that Robin and Vickie got together off-screen, developed as a couple off-screen, and also broke up off-screen?
im sorry but how hard was it to give my girl Robin her happy ending with Vickie? Where was that Enzo's date?
I legit straightened up in my seat when that restaurant scene came up, only to get the spotlight for the straight couple engagement. okay yeah I see you
moodboard: you start your shift at the local hospital like any other morning, where you find out that your gf is wanted by the literal army, that she might be doing drugs with Steve 'The Hair' Harrington, only to find out that monsters are in fact real and are coming for literal children, that a comatose girl who had been a lost cause for two long years suddenly just woke up to the sound of Kate Bush (on repeat), that telekinesis exists demonstrated by this random teenage girl (who is named after a number) lifting a steel plate that was put there after a literal earthquake happened that somehow only touched Hawkins, that there is a whole world underneath the ground she walks on, and that-
