Now this is an oldie, an attempt at digital painting of Lutonja, how I imagine such a creature/being would grow and age.
I still prefer the sketches, those were great, might do something with them...redraw? I think I can improve the composition and flow now.
Maybe... it’s not a priority so who knows when I’ll get to it :p

Initally a design for an icon persona, but after drawing Vihor I think they work better as a part of a set (that might change though).
She's not a demon, more likely some water spirit.

Played around designing a slavic demon (of a sort), one of the armies of darkness (Črt's armies).
Had nothing to go off of aside from the name 'Vihor' so I took some liberties :p Had a lot of fun here.
I started on him in my physical sketchbook, but i didn't scan those earsy sketches in.
As you can see, he was all shapes first.

It’s been so long... I once wanted to make a detailed video and a lot of posts about my progress through this piece, but it’s been almost 4 years now I think. I might never get to it, so I’m posting these now and leaving it as is.
I really did love working on this - it was a lot of fun and a very rewarding experience, but I doubt I’ll get to the 30+ hours of footage any time soon ;o;

For those interested, here are some of my Star Wars OCs - triplets!
They are the same species as Master Fay, but probably older - not too sure where I want to place them. Their gimmick is that in the Force they can read as one person in three bodies.
All of them chose different tracks - one in red (Vian) is an ExploraCore Explorer of Wild Space, the one in green (Liri) is a Medic and the one in blue (Val) is an Archivist.

Interestingly enough, I really enjoyed doing the sweater detail on there, which is plenty unusual for me :D Lots of pinterest reference for the clothing - after which I'd do a mashup.

Process for my Magellan and Gracia piece
Thought I should draw my Krampus OCs for the holiday season, though this isn't exactly a festive piece.
These two work in CSI and hunt down the 'naughty' with their powers, due to their age, most people count as 'children'.
Referenced a pose and outfits, after which I messed about with the background - I'll try not to leave that for last in the future since that was the most annoying part I feel.

Tatomir in two forms!

Sticking to the subject of Tatomir , here are some patterns
I did these two pieces some time ago as patterns and posted them on my Society6 to see if they would work, and had varying results :p
I did find out that I quite like drawing Tatomir in this style due to his simple shapes I don't have as tough a time with lineless artwork of him as I do with human characters.
The sheep was derived from the sheep surrounding Tatomir. I just find them cute <3
