Change, the constant.
Infamous for turning worlds into disarray and nestling the fear of dread. Change is a curious phenomenon. Catastrophic at first, beautiful in the end. Perhaps the only constant in our becoming.
We often fight it, with resistance to unlearn everything we have learned in the years.
We often run from it, with a fear of meeting the unknown.
And we embrace it, unknowingly, and triumph over it, armed with experiences that instill in us a fiery spirit.
For no moment is the same, and we're constantly battling this mysterious phenomena that gives us wings, stronger with every gush of wind that comes our way.
Day turns to night, dawn turns to dusk. Light fades into blackness, only to birth a new light in tomorrow's sky.
Let us embrace the celestial change, within our beings.
Let us move with the tide, and be governed by the moon.
Let us grow, like butterflies, into our wings.
Let us be soft yet strong, kind yet kindled, innocent yet instinctive and forgiving yet fervent, in our metamorphosis through life.
Let us trust our inner strengths, and govern our imperfections.
Let us breathe fire, and flow like water;
Courageous, changeable, and compassionate.
