and yet, we gotta try.

we gotta get up everyday, face the darkness, and find balance if we can.

and we don’t have to do it alone! in fact we shouldn’t. we can’t. but we can find people to make all of the helplessness and suckiness a little more bearable. we can find people to stand on the roof with us, we can find people to hold us, we can find people who stay when we’re mean and flippant and can’t give anything back.

the message is hope, even in the depths of despair.
