Hands down, the best, THE BEST part of opening my own business is that I can actively solicit applications like the one above, tell people before they apply how much money I'm offering (and it's a good chunk, in the service industry), and then lord it over all the fucking right-wingers at Chamber of Commerce meetings when they whine about their staffing shortages. Bitch I have almost zero turnover and a two-inch thick stack of resumes, we are not the same.
