hi sorry to bother you again but I’ve been searching for this fic for days and it’s driving me crazy and I was hoping you may know it

Peter, Rhodey, and Tony get trapped somewhere and Peter’s leg is pinned down. There’s water filling the area so they have to find a way to free Peter before he drowns but the water is coming too fast. Rhodey tells Tony he knows what he has to do(referring to amputating Peter’s one trapped leg so they can free him) and they all start arguing as Rhodey says they don’t have time and they have to free Peter and Peter says he’d rather die and Tony says that’s not Peter’s choice. Tony ends up using his lasers to amputate Peter’s leg right before Peter’s head goes under water, Peter ends up passing out but Tony gets him free and instantly flies him to the medbay and Rhodey frees Peter’s leg so they can try to get it reattached. The doctors do end up successfully reattaching Peter’s leg and Tony goes through a phase where he doesn’t visit Peter because he can’t face him and when he does finally visit Peter apologizes for being a baby and unreasonable because he had been crying and begging Tony not to and Tony is freaking out because Peter shouldn’t be apologizing, he should be

Read my old post where Tony wouldn’t have helped if Peter and May survived the snap. Maybe that universe doesn’t exist, because the universe knows that Tony Stark wouldn’t have helped the Avengers again if he had everything (and everyone) by his side. In every universe, Peter died in the snap so that Tony would feel the urge to get him back. Because we all know that the Avengers wouldn’t have done it without Tony.

Tony’s tower, full of Stark tech, tech which is not being maintained and is starting to have problems.

Bucky realizes they have to hire. They need to find someone who can fix and maintain this shit.

And after Bucky posts an inquiry, he quickly realizes almost everyone who worked for Stark is now either loyally employed by pepper or making a fuck ton of money elsewhere.

After a few weeks, some kid with barely any resume applies. And Bucky has no other options. So he gives him a shot.

And. Well. The kid, Peter, is way too good at this. And at first Bucky was worried but he’s about as pure of heart and dumb of ass as Bob. So he’s not worried, but perplexed.

And the problem is the more time he spends with Peter, the more something in his crispy fried brain starts to scream that he knows Peter.

And unfortunately that sense is always right. So, one day, he asks. Why do i know but not know who you are.

And that’s how Peter Parker gets dragged by his scruff down to bleaker street by an angry new avenger screaming you did WHAT? At Dr strange.

TASM3 where its timeline is Pre NWH and Post FFH, remember when Andrew Spidey said he stopped pulling his punches, what if he means that he gave into the symbiote and he doesn't want MCU Peter to go through the guilt after he finally snaps at everything? Peter snapping after all he went through has low chances bcz he's a good kid, but it isn't impossible after losing the last parent figure he's got in his life. TASM3 Peter as Venom and Spider-Man 4 Peter as Venom after they both finally snap, Andrew Spider after Gwen's death and MCU Peter after losing May and literally everyone else he's got left.

No one from the Tony Stark Protection Squad had told Peter that Tony was still alive but vulnerable which is why it's kept as a secret. When Tony wakes up, he goes and looks for his kid. Imagine Peter's confusion when THE Tony Stark, Iron Man, comes up to him and hugs him, calling him underoos and asking him where he's been and why isn't he with Pepper and Morgan when Tony woke up.

Post-Avengers Endgame where Tony Stark was kidnapped along with Peter Parker, Peter wasn't suppose to be there but the kidnappers decided to use him as a bait to Tony, although a shift of events that they learned Peter is another genius, so instead, they shifted their attention to Peter. It ends with Peter Parker forgetting Tony Stark and everything about his relationship with him.

Post avengers endgame where Tony Stark lives, Peter comes back with Tony and Pepper adopting Harley and has a biological child aka Morgan, Peter feels jealous and all Harley and Morgan wants to do is to bond with their brother.

Post no way home ironfam fic where they're trying to retrieve the missing memories after Tony remembered Peter but it all goes wrong, a price to pay for the retrieved memories, the price? Peter's own memories.

Tony Stark was all for helping and saving and we all knlw that, the amount of times he sacrificed himself. So, in infinity war, we've seen Peter Parker dusted like the other half of the world, and also Aunt May, so the parkers. But, what if the parkers didn't get dusted? I don't think that Tony Stark would've pushed through helping because the one thing that triggered him to help Steve and the others was a picture frame of Peter, and The Parkers are like one buy take one if May was dusted while Peter wasn't, Tony would help for the sake of Peter. He has everything he needs by his side, there's Morgan, Pepper, Happy, Rhodey, and Peter and May(There's a whole 1 yr from the homecoming and infinity war so I like to think that May and Tony formed a bond through their spider child), that's his ultimate second chance, I don't think he'd waste it anymore.
