A new limited event is coming up in Japan! It’s Hetalia The World Twinkle x The Character Shop, which runs from August 18 to September 6 at The Character Shop in Ikekuburo Marui.

New character artwork has been released to use on merchandise for this even, although the merchandise types have not yet been revealed.

Since attendance is expected to be high, visitors who line up in the morning will have to enter via a shuffle lottery to determine the admission order.

So (our)Ciel was the one who started the fire that burned the Phantomhive mansion down?

Well, I guess one of my two theories was half-correct then.

Hopefully the reason behind it wasn’t the typical “I did it because I was jealous of my sibling” cliché. It’s far from impossible, but it’s a bit too obvious, isn’t it? Or it could be that the fire wasn’t actually (our)Ciel’s fault but he thinks it was/blame’s himself for it. Because, somehow, I doubt Toboso would make such a dislikable main character who would kill off his family like that. Hell, not even Light Yagami did that.

Regardless of who did it, I still don’t see why Vincent and Rachel had to die. If it was (our)Ciel who did it, their deaths would’ve been pointless since he would’ve become the heir anyway after the death of (real)Ciel. And if it was (real)Ciel, the only reason why he would do it (That I can imagine) would be if he was pure evil. Then again, he seems to enjoy seeing (our)Ciel suffer and brutally killed Agni without remorse, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was him at this point.

I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happens next. Only a month left until the next chapter is released.

That must be a mistranslation. The official Yen Press chapter has Real!Ciel saying “You used losing everything in the fire as an opportunity to hide the fact that you’re a twin?” Then “Why the outrageous lie? Tell me. I won’t be angry with you.” I’m on mobile otherwise I’d post screen shots. Unless, the Yen press is wrong. @akumadeenglish ?

Yes, that’s definitely a mistranslation!

The original line goes

「全部燃えたのをいいことに双子だということを隠してたんだって？」

which literally translates to

“I heard you took advantage of [the fact that] everything was burnt and hid the fact that we’re twins?” [*Note: ～をいいことに means “to take advantage of something”.]

I'm a bit curious why Hima decided to make Estonia out of all people dream about the Nyotalia girls and why only him.

I'd love to see Iceland, Germany, Japan, America and some other characters there as well.

Or better, an episode were plenty of the guys would wake up in the Nyotalia world. Just to see their reaction.
