The villa's right on the beach, and Kenma's invited all of their old buddies; the Nekoma team, Bokuto, Akaashi, Tsukishima, Hinata-- which is fine because the villa is a goddamn mansion. What he wasn't expecting, were the wives.

"Kenma, what the fuck?" He hisses, pulling his best friend back by the strap of his duffel as the couples chatter and venture up the steps of the villa.
"Can't punish them because you can't find someone," Kenma shrugs, giving him a backwards glance. "I'm flying my girl in, too. Go find one from the beach or something if you're so lonely."
"Kenma, you knowā" Kuroo starts, growing irritated.
Kenma snatches his bag, "go for a walk on the beach, Tetsurou.ā He urges, walking away from him, leaving Kuroo frustrated and irritated.

But as he walks, Kenma points to the pathway right of the villa, big sign reading "BEACH", and Kuroo knows he can't be bothered to deal with these couplesā especially a newlywed Yamamotoā so, he kicks off his shoes and follows it, waving Bokuto off with a smile when he calls for him.
The beach itself is beautiful, and practically private, which Kenma knows. He knows the only people who use this stretch of beach are rich or famous or old, so why the hell would he say something as ominous as that?
He takes a few more strides out onto the beach, sees that there's a woman on a towel about twenty feet away, her back to him, eyes out at the ocean, rubbing sunscreen on her arms. Kuroo freezes, narrows his eyes at her.

A whistle rings out and he looks back, sees Kenma on the closest balcony, waving at himā no. Waving at you.

Then you see himā your head tilting to the side, eyes narrowingā and you're getting off your towel, moving towards him.
Kuroo looks back to see if Kenma's still thereā his heart thumping loudlyā but he's gone, and you're approaching, looking like you're ready to chew him out.
"Why are you here?" You demand, stomping in the sand, looking far better than any of those pictures he's got saved.
He's surprised he can turn on the suave, "I'm here with some friends," he slaps on a grin, suppressing the need to get the hell outta dodge. "One of which you seem to already know, actually."
You blink then, glance up to where Kenma was standing, "how do you know Kodzuken?"
"Kodzuken?" His stomach lurches, brain working to connect the dots.

"My back." he takes a long sip of his drink, tipping the last bits of backwash into his mouth. His voice is low, darker than usual. "Go check it out if you want."
Something feels different. There's a line that your friendship has always teetered on- balancing between friendly and flirtatious. Maybe it's the drinks, maybe its the fact you're standing out here alone- there's an air of excitement building in your chest.
His eyes scan yours, gentle smile never flickering, as you curl your arm around his torso and rest your hand on the plane of his shoulder blade.

There's an indentation mark, a remnant of the elastic band of his boxer briefs, and the raised ridge of a scar, sitting just above the curve of his ass. It trails down and cross his hipe; you wonder if he would let you discover the whole thing right here, in front of his friend's house.
"Did you find it?" carefully, he lets go of your arm and lets his own hand fall down to your waist, hovering over your skin for a moment- a chance for you to say no.

"Yes." Fukunaga contradicts you immediately.
Lev blinks, thinking for a moment, then decides to take your word. "Well, I just wanted to ask to you about-"
The blonde continues to talk, but you can't listen. Your other senses are overloaded with Shohei: his hand on your hip burns for your attention, you can practically taste his cologne on your lips, you notice how his eyes flicker back to you every other second. As you pretend to pay attention, you rest your head against Fukunaga's shoulder and nuzzle in. He straightens as he tries to bite back his Cheshire grin.
