maybe i do just need to stop restricting purging compensating etc for a little while and ride out the binging, because if i've, as i believe i have, lost all control of my eating, then it won't matter either way. & if that works (big if lmao) i can then decide what to do thereafter. i'm not sure that i can do another however many more sets of months of "this". i'm tired. my health is worse than it ever was when i was living on a protein shake/bar and a strip of caffeine pills a day. my body is resisting me every step of the way. fine, i've lost. i'll accept defeat w/ grace.

the use of the term "parasocialism" to mean - well - "parasocial" behaviour and the circumstances that register them - is a great litmus test in my opinion for people to avoid - as at a time and perhaps forever was "parasocial" in the first place
