saw the following page of Gamefan and decided to go on a sidequest to see how closely i could (quickly) replicate it in Figma (which i am very new too), as a way to figure out the various features i am used to in other applications.
this has been on our tv for a few hours already today. it's on our tv many days, after seeing it in a Marcus adventure. the cats (when they aren't snoozing) love it
we are already dying. we will die a little more, mourn, then live.
NOTE: i am not a tarot-er. i should note that off the bat. just like the art and thought it'd be fun. now letโs get started.
i did a three-card spread for:

the b.s. jobs bridge (transition) between past and future b.s. jobs
b.s. jobs of tomorrow
card #1, todayโs b.s. jobs = 10 of swords.
mental anguish and the end of a long-term situation. pain and sadness, yeah, but the end of this suffering is near. everyone* is aware of the pain. most probably would like the suffering to be nearing an end, but to adopt such an optimistic viewpoint, at this point in time, would be premature. yes, that is true. but letโs be hopeful today on the internet!
card #2, the transition period (the bridge) = 6 of swords.
a spiritual journey. a release from anxiety, a healing. the painful past can be acknowledge, analyzed, and then moved past. a fitting card pull.
card #3, the future of work (aka tomorrowโs b.s. jobs) = 9 of cups.
satisfaction and earthy pleasure. emotional stability and perhaps a touch of laziness. โlife is good.โ hopefully laziness as a result of how easy it is for people to have their needs met. โlazyโ from modern/boomer viewpoints could also imply more time spent catering to oneโs own health, creating art, socializing, &c. a recent research report i read (okay, GLANCED at) painted boomers as very unwilling to spend more $ on their own health. genz and millennial people are very willing, and especially the former. probably because they literally have nothing else they can control in their lives besides their own health and wellness. i hope the current work-life/health/degrowth trends continue onwards & upwards indefinitely. the current trajectory of many germinating health trends could bear some of the greatest fruits of the last gazillion generations. (all generations, ever.) the death of alcohol will not be mourned.
all three cards are very fitting for a long-term optimistic future. and thatโs my base case for the future (it always is). FINGERS CROSSED.
