Nunavut now has 18 cases of Covid19 after getting its first case a week ago.

Nunavut is Canada’s largest sub-region with a sparse population of mostly Indigenous people (~85% Inuit).

Its only Hospital is in Iqaluit which is 1300 km away from the majority of the cases (Arviat in the south of the territory):
