Interesting that companies wanting to downsize Humint and crying about being caught in a cost scam

A cost scam as old as startups and sales. A new product to market, untested really. So put it out there cheap to prove it and generate a customer base.  OK.  Tight but doable.  Then charge profitable fees based on real costs, demand and scalability once stable and secure.
