That interview is so funny to me, that man was not prepared for Dan and Phil lol The way he had to hold back laughter after their Pinof clip

The way they politely tried to steer around years and years of trauma and internalized homophobia with "we want to be seen as entertainers", only for the interviewer to force them to double down and shit on influencer couples

And then he went ahead and straight up asked them about money. Honey, they spent 16 years deflecting, they're pros, they're not gonna answer your question. But bless you for trying again when Dan started answering another question instead and talked himself into a rant about marrying Phil... again.

When I was younger I used to watch Dan and Phil a lot, I was going through a difficult time in my childhood, and to me they now feel like a happy moment of escaping during that difficult time, they are also such a fond memory I have off the internet during a time when it was unsafe for me.

But I love them even more now, as I am so grateful for the way they speak up on issues which are important to me, I am a transgender man, and I have often been ashamed of this and I am partially stealth because of this, but whenever they speak about trans rights, I feel less ashamed of who I am.

To Dan and Phil, if you ever read this, thank you.
