I'M THE ONE WITH THE CASE LOAD. IM THE ONE WITH PEOPLE I HAVE BEEN SEEING FOR OVER A YEAR - WHO TRUST ME AND WORK HARD TO HEAL. HE SITS ON HIS ASS ALL DAY AND DOES NOTHING. BUT HR IS FULL OF SUCH PUSSIES AFRAID OF THE ADA, THEY WON'T DO SHIT TO HIM.

I don't CARE that he had a stroke. I do not give a FUCK. He's a mysogynist who got the best employee fired because she called him out on his laziness. He's a pervert. He's lazy. He's stupid as fuck. He literally sleeps on the job. He creeps us all out. He's fucking useless. He thinks he's hilarious. He's not. The sound of his voice pisses me off. His laugh makes me want to throat punch him. He sees literally no one on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On Mondays and Wednesdays, he gets to see ONE person because the appointments take him so fucking long.

And he gets to do it all because of the ADA boogeyman. HR will not touch him. I was even told not to pursue a harrassment report. "He had a stroke. his personality is blah blah blahblahblah"

My manager wrote up the new guy for low productivity (seeing only two people a week, sleeping on the job, offering counseling amd then not providing it, etc) AND HR FIRED MY MANAGER.

She's been there 34 years. And they fired her just like that.

It has nothing to do with his stroke and everything to do with the fact he's a fucking untrainable dumbass. But nooo they're so scared of the ADA that he gets to say and so whatever he wants. We can't say anything.

Well I'm also covered by tbe ADA. Disabled vs. Disabled. I'll make their lives a living Hell if I can.

I did this at work yesterday because none of my people showed. So the coloring quality is meh. Haven't drawn anything in a long time but this oc is cute.

There's not one. No plan. I'm the only decent clinician in this building. We cannot do walk ins while I am gone for 2-3 weeks. Not while the other option is the Lord of Incompetence who takes 6 hours to complete one intake.

1) mr. New Guy that is still incompetent a month later and needs a baby sitter.

2) the head tech guy they fired who put our phone account under a made up LLC so now the phone company wont talk to us without him present. But he's running because he "mishandled and lost" $500,000 worth of tech.

New guy is so incompetent that we have to reschedule all of his people onto me because he takes 7 hours over two days to do intakes.

Whenever they gave us one of those "read through ALL the instructions before you begin!" trick assignments in school where the steps lead you on an increasingly ridiculous goose chase until the final one tells you to just put your name on the paper and turn it in without doing anything else, I was always like, "Okay, but what's the point? Surely the REAL world won't be anything like this." And then I grew up and discovered that not only is the real world often exactly like that, some people won't even read the first line of the instructions even if they make perfect sense. And these people are called "co-workers"

He's had this intake a total of 6 hours.

The same person.

Three hours yesterday and going on three today.

It's his own damn fault he doesn't know the system. He hasn't tried but once to learn it.

Welp. He thinks he can just schedule one intake a week and that he's full the day of the ONE intake. Meanwhile I do two intakes a day, fill the rest with counseling, and I'm booked 3 weeks out.

He is absolutely fucking god damn useless.

So we're reporting him to the big boss. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Hopefully they'll get rid of him. No one has pissed me off as much as he has in a very, very long time.

He's not even gonna make it through his probation period at this point. Week 2 just started for him and he's still not done a damn thing we've told him to do. We're reporting him to the big boss.

I'd like to give him at least a month. Maybe he needs extra training time. But how much training do you need to CALL PEOPLE???? THAT'S ALL I ASKED YOU TO DO!!

And his mood changes rapidly. He goes from acting like such a gentleman to this rude ass mother fucker. Wants us to cater to him and as soon as we don't, he's stalking the halls and being passive aggressive. Don't get me started on the lead paint stare.

ALSO HE LEFT THE DOOR UNLOCKED WHEN HE LEFT LAST NIGHT! 🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩 You need training on how doors work?? Get the fuck outta here.

Not to be ageist but hiring a boomer was the worst mistake we've ever made. Can't find anything on the computer, can't download an app to his phone, needs me to help WITH EVERYTHING despite being in this field for 40 years (I've been in it for fucking 2 years, by the way. I'm a neophyte counselor carrying all this bullshit alone), and he's just fuckin weird. He paces the hall - staring into our offices, walks into our conversations and just 🧍🏼‍♀️ there, makes off handed comments that make him sound like a snitch, and he hasn't done anything I've told him to do!

We have a waiting list of 40 fucking people. Call them. Get them scheduled. I'm tired of still not having any god damn help in this place.

Currently I'm looking at having to update over 500 charts alone. ALONE. While he sits around making excuses.
