Oh absolutely. And he gets around Valentino's ridiculously high sex drive by keeping their whole arrangement 'open' and being super busy with work a lot of the time, so as to explain why he isn't all over Val to the degree that Val is all over him.
Considering that this is Vox, he's also probably market-tested what his sexuality should be for maximum popularity and decided he's "not" ace. He's up there waving the bi flag on the pride float because that's what the focus groups responded to. Now we have a new reason why he looks so [soulless corporate smile] about it too.

Vox had surpassed Alastor, literally. Strongest in hell and he did it all on his own(no soul deal for power). Yet in the end he blows it all up(figuratively and almost literally) because of this absolute brat right here who has no empire, no allies, is actually a soul slave to another demon(until Vox unknowingly helped him out of that), and throws a tantrum over his staff being broken because he can’t fight good without it :c
Alastor is clever, I’m not saying there aren’t things about him worth admiring(if you’re Vox) but Vox is crazy to think that he has something to prove to Alastor
