"He has a huge underground network but won’t let you join or stop him. He admitted causing your painful ailment (which is what got him interested in you in the first place). He cut off your arm to prolong your life, but his plan will likely kill you and your friends in the near future.

Oh, and he still stalks you in your dreams."

Me: "Yeah, I can fix him."

May I present, my attempt at illustrating the last four pages of Tevinter Nights. 😁 (Also, the first time I'm posting art on here!)

As the whole thing was quite literally too long to post on tumblr, I uploaded the full version on a customized site made for reading webcomics (via ComicFury). On a personal note though, I can't believe I actually finished it... As it had been a *very* long time since I drew (and finished) anything, let alone a 31 page comic and reading Tevinter Nights again finally sparked my motivation (and the courage to post it lol). So I want to thank Patrick Weekes for helping me overcome this massive art block and over two decades of Case Closed mangas for inspiring me how to draw an overly dramatic "exposing the imposter" moment. 😂 I tried my best to be as faithful to the book as possible and it took me forever, so... hope you like it! :D

Even if she were, there was a difference between optimism and stupidity. Wagner’s shuttle—this shuttle—had company. It was more of a question of how much. A single frigate? A wolf pack? The whole damn fleet? Her fingers curled against the shuttle controls, tensing.

“If they’re going to see us, anyway, we might as well scan too,” Garrus said–presumably, his voice so muffled with her ruptured eardrums, she could only make an educated guess after he reached for the sensor array controls.

She nodded, her fingers still flexing tight. Through the viewport, insubstantial tablelands of methane churned up ghostly crests of blunt-topped bluffs and towering monoliths. 

They’d get nothing on long range sensors, still enclosed within the planet’s magnetosphere. But once they broke into the upper atmosphere, anything in the magnetosphere with them, any Alliance ships in low orbit, for example, would show on the mid frequencies.

A flash of pulsar beam scythed through the brooding, tumultuous sea, illuminating a fiery scruff of lightning sprites branching over the cloud tops as the shuttle pushed into a placid shelf of upper atmospheric haze.
