Hi! This is a gimmick blog for Nero from Love and DeepSpace. I claim no rights to the character nor do i have any affiliations with infold, papergames or any other franchise applicable to the company or game developers. this blog is used for entertainment purposes only and nothing more. It’s just a blog for fun.

//not sure if this is going to help ease any ache anybody is currently feeling from what’s been happening for the past few hours, but it’s been a while since I closed the ask box due to personal reasons and now that those problems are gone, I thought it would be cool to reopen them again.

Obviously what this company is doing is wrong, and retconning a character just shows that now everything that was built is subject to the same jeopardy that happened.

But hopefully this would help heal some hurt and offer some comfort from an npc that cares about you too.

Also because I’m selfish and I want to focus on rp with my ocs.

Might make another blog for the 6th LI when he comes out, if he sparks my interest lol.

But in reality, I’m not saying Nero’s severe inability to socialize is rubbing off on me. There were times it tried to, but I didn’t let it happen.

In a nutshell, honestly writing for him has burned me out as ironic as that sounds. I found more comfort in writing for my ocs than him most days. I don’t want to fully abandon him, but I do think I’d feel much better taking a step away from him for now. I did try to pen him as accurately as he’s portrayed in the game, so I hope that was able to shine through at the very least. I still have a little bit of hope left that they’ll give justice to our favorite social recluse, but as for me, it’s time to take a step back for now.

Infold, I know some of your employees are on burner accounts or are online anonymously, do us a favor and please give the wanderer expert some love in the future.

“Nero this is really important. Let me start off with this first though. Yes this is a chibi Lumiere Plush. No it’s not for sale it’s a prototype. No you can’t have mine. No you can’t know where I got it from. Alright with that out the way.” She slams the plush down onto his desk. “Take a gooood look at this and tell me who you think of when you see it. And don’t say Lumiere. That’s obvious. I mean someone you know.”

Flinching at her sudden movements, he had to keep shut since it was a prototype and not the real thing. He had to commend her attention to detail though, she got everything down from the mask to the details on Lumiere’s coat. Even the hair and eye color looked similar.

But hang on a second. Blue eyes and hair like starlight…there was only one coworker that came to mind that matched the exact same description. “…looks a lot like Xavier to me. But that’s probably just a coincidence….right?”

“Right!” She exclaimed, her hand slapping against the table. “That’s what I was thinking! But how could it right? No way it could. But what if it is! Can you imagine Xavier being Lumiere?”

She lifted the plush, squeezing its cheeks between her fingers. “There has to be a way to figure out if it. No way it’s a coincidence, Nero.” Amaryllis face pulled into a grin, the plushie lowering from her line of sight to lock onto Nero. “So….wanna help me dig a little?”

Adjusting his glasses, he examines the prototype a little more, the question of purchasing it out the window for now. Going over the details again, he brings up a few windows on his pc, his fansite for Lumiere being one of them.

“I mean….I’m ready whenever you are. I-in more ways than one.” He adds quickly, so as not to confuse her.
