This is not for the gays who are in on the joke, but I am not appreciating the sentiment from straight folk who are calling Heated Rivalry the "gay porn show". It's not. It's just explicit Queer sex. And a lot of y'all are having trouble wrapping your head around watching explicit sex that is not straight.

Decades of straight sex on our screens has led to it being normalised enough that no one bats an eye. The same courtesy has not been extended to queer sex.

The reactions to Heated Rivalry prove that for Western white straight audience, this is still taboo for some reason?
