“you  like  your  salty  with  your  sweet.  maybe  why  you  liked  grayson.“  he  points  out  with  a  smirk  of  his  own  but  hey,  he  can’t  blame  anyone  for  liking  dick  grayson.  bastard  has  a  natural  mysterious  charm  of  anyone  in  that  damned  bat  family.  somehow,  they  creep  on  you  and  make  you  care.  he  brings  alcohol  to  his  lips,  eyes  close  at  the  sensation  invading  his  mouth  once  the  liquid  passes.  satisfied,  he  looks  back  to  kori  and  just  shrugs.  “washington  was.  .  .quiet.“  lonely,  he  wants  to  say.  “sort  of  hated  the  trying  to  be  out  of  the  fight  routine.“  guess  that’s  what  you  expect  when  you  spend  most  of  your  adult  life  doing  it.  hard  to  get  away  from.  and  the  chaos  and  war  inside  him  wants  to  fight  more  and  more.  “but  i’m  good.  really  fucking  dealing  with  my  own  shit  on  my  own.  imagine  that.“  a  chuckle  at  that.  “what  about  you?  how  is  the  mommin’  of  the  titans?“

A shrill SQUEAK leaves the blonde as rough hand makes contact with her nearly exposed ASS CHEEK. She jumps and turns around in one fluid motion and has half a mind to SMACK whoever dared touch her but then she realizes who it was and instantly relaxes. She still smacks him though, just not in the face like she had planned. A well placed SLAP goes against his arm and she laughs brightly. ❝That the BEST you got?        Barely even felt a thing.❞ That’s a dare. 

MAYBE  HE  IS  A  LITTLE  BIT  SHAKEN  UP.  alcohol  doesn’t  really  have  that  much  of  an  effect  when  you  have  the  spirit  of  war  in  you  really.  and  somehow,  he  couldn’t  help  himself  and  was  expecting  to  be  slapped  back.  “Hm.  I’m  saving  it  for  later,  doll.  Can’t  show  all  my  cards  just  yet.”  Hank  points  out  with  a  little  bit  of  a  smirk  of  his  own.  “Thought  you  were  all  about  fun.”

“oh,  specially  the  last  part.  I’m  a  weak  man,  how  can  I  resist  a  pretty  woman?“  half  true,  because  yes,  give  him  some  alcohol  and  give  him  a  pretty  woman  and  he  might  go  a  bit  weak  on  the  knees  and  loose  some  of  his  sense  that  keeps  him  on  his  feet.  at  least  he  knows  if  he  falls,  she  would  catch  him.  “uh,  you  had  me  until  you  said  pizza  with  pineapple.  but  guess  I  corned  myself  on  that  one.  so  it’s  your  choice.“  a  joke.  but  he  is  already  ordering  the  drinks  for  themselves.  something  strong.  they  both  need  it.

“And  here  I  thought  I  was  the  one  distracted  by  someone  else’s  suit.“  Considering  the  suits,  while  sure,  they  are  battle  gear  and  are  protective,  they  are  also  very  tight  and  help  accentuate  certain  figures.  Meeting  halfway,  his  hand  on  her  own  and  he  gently  pulls  her  into  his  space.  “I  was  actually  going  to  step  it  up  and  order  chinease  today.  Oh  yeah,  big  leagues.“
