one should probably check their new armor skills Before going off to fight something lest you wind up wondering what's doing tick damage to you
(it was an armor skill)
at least the bit that does damage is temporary. but it will come back. so watch out. again it does buff you but

Can you win against your pfp/icon in a fight (in the sense of asking which one is physically stronger)? Assume you both have the drive and the motivation to fight eachother, and both of you are unarmed (unless your pfp explicitly shows them with a weapon, or they physically cannot survive without their weapon).
I can easily win against them with no issues
I can win against them, but it wouldn’t exactly be instantaneous
I can most likely win against them, but I would be struggling
I can juuuust barely beat them in a fight
We tie
They will win against me, but it would be a very close match
They will win against me, but they would be struggling
They will win, but at least I would have survived the first few moments
They can easily win against me with zero issues
I can’t imagine my pfp in a fight*
Infinite many nuance

*Not being able to conceptualize the idea of what a fight against your pfp would even look like, e.g. if your pfp is just a solid blue circle with no inherent meaning behind it
Is this a regular fight or a fight to the death? I don’t know, but odds are it wouldn’t make much of a difference
I feel very normally about the secret book in 8-3. can you tell
Hey satisfy my random curiosity
How often do you use an elevator?
Daily
A few times a week
A few times a month
Maybe a few times a year

parrying big minos' punches was actually easier for me on brutal. probably because they feel a lot faster and one of the things that makes it difficult For Me is that i try to parry too early
the quest to get good at playing brutal difficulty on ultrakill is. Going feels a bit like relearning the game in some sections. aka gabriel 1 (not even 2!) kicking my ass. though i remain that one of the smoothest things i've done in this game is parrying one of his spear throws while i wasn't even looking at him based solely on timing
I had the absolute pleasure of commissioning @geezmarty to draw two of my beloved OCs!
Thank you so much for all your hard work! They look amazing!
People on Tumblr love sharing information about themselves no matter how asinine it is. And I'm the same way. Everybody tell me what the last thing you drank was.
hm. maybe I work on getting an art program and my tablet driver running on this computer
it's not the same computer I've used for the last 8 1/2 years. instead it is a computer someone else used for 7 years. I wound up with it after it had an internal file error that would make it bluescreen (critical process died) more and more often until it simply wouldn't boot up anymore. now that that particular issue has been fixed, it IS an upgrade,
How do you type? [and there's a question at the end, if you're interested]
Hunt-and-peck, never taught, always looking at the keyboard
Hybrid style, never taught, sometimes looking at the keyboard
Touch typing, taught in school, rarely/never looking at the keyboard
Touch typing, self-taught, rarely/never looking at the keyboard
Touch typing, taught/self-taught, but still looking at the keyboard
Other (voice dictation, thumbs on phone, etc.)
Context:
So today I typed ~4,500 words, and now my middle fingers hurt. I was never taught how to touch type (didn’t even know it was a thing when I was younger), so I defaulted to the hunt-and-peck method. Honestly, I feel kinda ashamed that I can’t type “properly.”
I tried learning touch typing online for a couple of days, but gave up—I don’t type often enough to justify the effort, and depression makes it even harder to push myself.
Anyway, I wanted to ask: how do you type?
And a second question: is there anything “normal” that you never learned, and it makes you feel bad sometimes?
it turns out i really enjoy making educational posts about the comics making process and ways of thinking. here's another one featuring characters from my graphic novel in a very anachronistic art museum.
the thing is. you usually can't see my eye color very well because my eyes aren't very open when they're at rest. so the fact that they're hazel means shit zip fuckall unless you're Really lookin at em
what is your eye color. what is your favorite color. what is the color that appears most frequently in your wardrobe. what color is your favorite blanket. what color is your water bottle.
I am whatever the opposite of a speed runner is. I am a game meanderer. I have to look at literally everything. I am overly cautious in every way. I forget to pause and wander away from the game. I take a minimum 7 hours to get through any given level. If you give me a timer I will cry.
