At the moment where Sidious has both Rey and Ben on their knees and is draining them of their life force, force ghost Anakin appears between them and redirects the energy to destroy Sidious again, once and for all, thus maintaining the balance of the force embodied within the yin and yang of Rey and Ben (and also reylo never happens.)

They go on to find and train a new generation of Force sensitives.
