Looking for an Illustrator

I’m looking for an illustrator to help out with a dating sim-turned card game that’s currently in the early design stages. Prototype picture:

It’s a paid project, though I’m paying out of pocket so can’t make anyone rich. I’m also open to offering a percentage on profits depending on costs.  Probably around 75-100 unique pieces - a mix of characters, accessories, and some light background work. You’d have a heavy influence in the character design and art direction.

Currently targeting a style similar to Dream Daddy: colorful and vibrant and anime-influenced but not quite anime. Going for “sexy but not overly sexualized” - not making a fan-service or adults-only game here.

There aren’t any hard time constraints/deadlines, but at the same time I’m looking for someone who can turn around content at a reasonable rate, and ideally someone who can stick with the project through completion.
