Here’s an unpopular opinion that shouldn’t be unpopular: Not wanting sex is a reasonable boundary to set for literally any reason. Be it your trauma, your mental health, your sexuality, or any other factor. Your partners should respect that and they should respect you. This shouldn’t be a debate.

shout out to all my later-in-life starters of things. to people who didn’t start writing / drawing / filming / composing / playing / crocheting / sculpting / building / programming / creating until they were an adult. to people who didn’t discover their true passions until they were in their 20′s, 30′s, 40′s or even beyond. you are no less than somebody who started doing these things when they were 11. time limits are a stupid construct and your window of learning doesn’t close once you’re no longer a teenager. keep being amazing. keep trying new things. keep creating.
