ok i know i JUST made a waterboy au but what if i made another and it was my take on villain waterboy where hes like. the city cryptid and hes spooky cause no ones able to track the guy down (hes slippery. get it. cause of the water.) and he has numerous accounts of tampering with crime scenes is this anything.
