 1) Declutter Your Home, Declutter Your Mind: When your life is feeling out of control, some of the best things you can do is clean an organize. Marie Kondo started a revolution with her advice on downsizing and simplifying. Now is a perfect time to practice some of her ideas. Go through each room of your house and get rid of absolutely everything you don’t need. Then organize what’s left into a space that functions and makes you happy.  

 It’s tough to be stuck at home. It’s even tougher to be stuck in a home that is full of stuff that saps our energy and makes us feel gloomy.  

 2) Learn a New Skill: I’ve always wanted to learn to play the guitar. I’ve had a guitar sitting in my closet for a couple of years now. Today I pulled the guitar out and practiced a few chords. It felt great!

 Learning a new skill or developing a new hobby gives us hope.  Our lives previous to covid-19 were full of outside commitment and distraction. Now that we have some time with ourselves, you might find that you are full of untapped potential.

How to install a new bike saddle with step by step guide to changing a bicycle seats

Welcome to "TheElectricBike.com" YouTube channel.  Throughout this video, you will know about how to install or replace the saddle on a bicycle. In order to change a bike's seat or bicycle's saddle, a person will usually need a 6-mm Allen wrench or a 14-mm open box end wrench. Discover which bolts must be removed and replaced to change a bike seat with help from an experienced bicycle mechanic in this free repair video on changing bike seats.

 Saddle is very, very easy with the seat posts to get off. What you're going to use is a six millimeter wrench. You undo the six millimeter wrench, usually anywhere between four millimeters and six millimeters. And then there's two screws and it's really easy. You just unscrew it to the point where the head just spins aside and it pops right off. And when you're installing a saddle usually unless you're doing time trails, you're going to make sure that the angle goes that way. So the head of the seat post is towards the back of the saddle. Now to put it back together, you just turn this to the side, the head to this side and then turn it on the saddle. You may need to loosen it a little bit. And it should fit perfectly on the rails and then you tighten it down and place it in between those max lines. So making sure not to go outside the lines so the saddle is placed correctly.

 And now I'll show you how to put it on the bicycle. So you put your seat post back in the seat tube of your bicycle, get it to the height that you had it at before. Sometimes it's really good to use a piece of electrical tape or some type of tape to mark where your saddle is so you're not constantly adjusting it and getting frustrating with the level that it's at.

Regular physical activity can help protect you from serious diseases such as obesity, heart disease, cancer, mental illness, diabetes, and arthritis. Riding your bicycle regularly is one of the best ways to reduce your risk of health problems associated with a sedentary lifestyle. Hydrogen Water: An Unproven Fad

Fad health products come and go.  The latest is hydrogen water.  Companies who sell it claim that diffusing hydrogen into pure water will give you all kinds of health benefits, from curing cancer to fixing your diabetes.  BUT, isn't water already made of oxygen and hydrogen???  

 They claim that the extra hydrogen in hydrogen water acts as a antioxidant.  They cite their own white papers, which is research THEY PAID FOR to launch their products and isn't peer-reviewed.  The only peer-reviewed studies that have come out on hydrogen water have shown mixed results. One study showed a mild benefit to diabetes patients.  Another study involving healthy adults showed no benefit AT ALL.

 Another problem is that there aren't any safety standards for hydrogen water.  How much is too much?  What is the therapeutic range (if any)?  

 Because of all of these unanswered questions, you should skip hydrogen water.  A much better choice is ionized water with over 35 years of peer reviewed research to prove that it is a powerful antioxidant for your body that WILL make you healthier.

A new meta-analysis of 82 different study shows a strong correlation between low intelligence and religiosity. This means that the lower the IQ of the individual, the more likely they are to be religious, conservative, and associate as Republican.

People who have a low IQ often fear change and have difficulties evaluating new information. Because of these characteristics, Americans with a low IQ are often taken advantage of by conservative think tanks and this has become a HUGE problem for our country.

 If you drive to the Northeast part of Portland you will see a lot of people who are not winning capitalism. They are hungry, often strung out on drugs, many times lacking shelter, depressed, and desperate. Most Republicans are okay with this. They repeatedly vote against measures to provide shelter, food, drug rehabilitation, etc for these people. But I’m not okay with it! It’s inhuman to let some people suffer on the streets while others, on the west side of town, live in mansions.

 THE DOMINANCE OF THE WHITE RULING CLASS: Our country is not about survival of the fittest. It’s about the excesses and dominance of the white, privileged class and their policies to repress minorities. Survival of the fittest implies that, at some point, everyone starts out equal. Genetically Speaking There is ONLY ONE Human Race NOT FIVE

Most people believe that there are 5 human races  -- European, African, Asian, Native American, and Oceanic.  But, genetically, this is pure nonsense.  You can be genetically similar or different from someone no matter what they look like!

Racial prejudice and discrimination are at an all-time high especially since the election of Trump as President. Over 80,000 bombing threats have been made against Jewish mosques in the last couple of years. Mass shootings continue to take place every few months with the shooters usually citing racial biases. White nationalism is at an all-time high with believers boldly protesting in cities like Portland. But what if I told you all of these racial biases we hold are only cultural constructs and have no basis in science?

THERE IS ONLY ONE HUMAN RACE: There’s so much ambiguity between the races and so much variation within the races, that the only real truth to hang your hat on is that there are no races at all. The differences in the colors and sizes that we see between people just don’t really matter when it comes down to who they are as people.

That means that all of this racial violence is cultural. The problem is the lies we receive from our parents, neighbors, churches, media and our government about people who look different from us. The problem is the existing power structures, like white nationalism, that are built upon racial discrimination. All of these lies are incredibly toxic. They poison our minds. They poison our hearts. And the result is violence. The only solution is a total change in our worldly Zeitgeist that begins with revealing the genetic truth about race (which is what I have just done

Internalized Hate is Killing Beautiful People

The suicide rate in the United States has increased by nearly 30% over the last 15 years. That’s nearly 50,000 people a year who kill themselves! In the last three years since Trump took office, these rates are increasing faster than EVER BEFORE. Of these suicides, the vast majority are America’s youth and racial and sexual minorities. For transgendered youth, in particular, approximately 30% have attempted suicide at least once in their lives! So, why do America’s racial and sexual minorities hate themselves? Why are they killing themselves in such large numbers?

We can’t wait for politicians to solve these problems. For starters, as a community, we need to seek out and embrace these people. We need to create community organizations that offer assistance to these communities. We need to create counseling services to help people sort through these feelings of internalized hate.

But ultimately, we need to destroy the white power system. That means we need to boycott the banks and the corporations and the politicians that are all part of it. It’s certainly not a simple solution, but if we truly care about those who are hurting to the point or taking their own lives, we have got to act now!  Every 30 seconds someone else dies of suicide!
