I've been angry about everything happening in the epstein files, it makes me unbelievably frustrated that nothing is being done about the people that were named in the list. But hearing trump tell that journalist that she was bad at her job because "she never smiled" WHEN SHE WAS ASKING ABOUT VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT pissed me off to an unbelievable degree. I'm so angry and tired about all of this. I want out of here. I feel like I'm in a constant state of delusion where in any moment, I'm gonna wake up and it's all just gonna be a bad dream.

I lost my job. I didn't get fired, the place shut down because the lease got too high. I'm lucky enough though that I have a place to live and plenty of money saved so I should be fine until I find another place to work but I still feel bad. I feel bad for my coworkers. I feel like I don't feel sad enough about it. I feel worse about being apathetic to it if anything.

One day I'm gonna leave Florida, it's what I want to do. To go somewhere colder in the mountains. But I also know its gonna break my heart to leave the beaches behind. Sure, places like NC and Virgina have beaches too, but it'll never be the same.

I've been very nostalgic for the beach lately. Thinking about the sunsets, the smell of salt in the air, seagull cries, crashing waves on the shore. I hear it nearly every day as a Floridian but sometimes it feels like a distant memory in a way I can't quite explain. I miss it.
