There was a gif of Ariana Grande dancing with a rainbow flag at her concert. I remember we all passed it around and tagged it with things like “one day”, “I can only hope” and “I think about this moment”. I tagged it with something similar. I remember being frustrated and angry thinking that no member of One Direction would pick one up. Then a couple weeks later Harry picked up his first rainbow flag and he has not stopped since. Do you ever think of the chills you got when the concert rumor emerged he ran with a rainbow flag? I do. I fucking remember going “please don’t be messing around” and the photos popped up on twitter so quickly! It was magical and amazing! Then Niall! Niall picking up a stray rainbow flag and delicately folding it with such respect while putting it aside so it wasn’t walked all over. Louis! Louis is out here waving and blowing kisses to rainbow signs and flags. Making sure they are acknowledged and made to know they are welcome. Liam does it too! Rainbows are more then welcome at One Direction concerts and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
