Day 10 of 30: MMA Shred + Kinetics. I cannot check it off yet that I completed it because I woke up later than usual and cannot get an hour in. So I made it through 4 rounds before needing to make my fat coffee and get in the shower! But, I will resume tonight and check the rest off my list! I could have continued to sleep in since I couldn't do a whole workout but I got UP, put my workout clothes on and did what I could until duty called elsewhere. Whoop whoop! Day 6 DONE! The shred workout makes me SWEAT BULLETS. I feel AMAZING after. I am so excited for tomorrow to do Active Recovery 21 minutes of taking it wayyyy down a notch. #muchdeserved I KILLED it this week! Never too late to join me and all from comfort of your own home! Day 5 of 30: Today was Dynamic Strength. I had to switch this workout from MMA Shred since I mixed my days up! This was all about balance so not as much sweat but definitely got me balancing and engaging my core! Loved the starfish move the best! Wanna join me? It is NOT too late. Day 4 of 30: Power Scult today! Ginga move was my favorite and this one CHALLENGEDDDDDD me. I wanted to give up in 10 minutes but I pushed throigh to the end 37 minutes! #coredeforce

Day 3 of 30: MMA Shred today! Took measurements pre workout. Now cooling off (STILL SWEATING!) with some BPC and water. Had my pink salt water this am before my workout so I feel extra AMAZING. #BAM
Day 2 of 30: MMA Shred. Ohhhhhh holy smokes this one was killer. I did not want to wake up this morning early and workout but I pushed through. I feel so glad I fought for my health and my goals! Now I can go about my day with ny workout already checked off! Woop!
