My seizures have gotten scary lately. The doctors can't seem to help, the medicine doesn't work on me. My body hurts and I'm so so tired. But no one seems to understand me.

I feel something strange in my spine. It feels hot, under pressure and it tingles, all at the same time. My skin on my arms also feel hot and tingles. Its been 6 years since I was electrocuted, and yet the pain doesn't go away.

is it normal to feel like you can’t relate to anyone because of trauma? i just feel like i’ve always been “older” than people in my age group but i don’t relate to people who are actually older either. sometimes i just feel like i’m too messed up and will never be able to connect to anyone.
