some people who saw us in @asteraden's bio has been asking them about what we are so i thought i might pin a post that explains

wavefront and eden are two groups of headmates sharing the same brain with a wall of dissociation between us that makes it difficult for us to communicate. we know little about what is going on with eden and vice versa. we have different system structures, rules, and boundaries. thus, we felt it was appropriate to label us as a "separate system" that shares a body with eden.

us two systems are friends and we enjoy interacting with each other. we share a life, after all

imagine a rain world spinoff game where you play as an iterator managing your superstructure. some of it is mechanical and some of it is uncomfortable like organs. there are animals making their homes inside you, burrowing into your flesh and bones to make their dens. you can share dialogue with other iterators for story elements. you and all the rest are decaying as no one is left to repair your systems, and you have to manage your resources to last as long as possible in hopes of finding a solution

I have a hc i really really like the idea of and thats just Siffrin and Loop finding things like dolls and stuffed animals very comforting. While playing u can find out when Siffrin finds the broken doll in the room u get when using the crest for the age alliance choice, (the first time at least) Siffrin likes it and I really like the idea of Siffrin post loops getting a doll and/or getting a stuffed animal. Maybe even Isabeau attempting to sew one himself for them. And like i said I also think it'd be sweet if Loop had similar fondness for things that are "childish".

Imagine either of them of both having trouble sleeping at night and a stuffed animal just.. helping strangely. Loop would deny it SO MUCH THEY WOULD NEVER ADMIT IT (outloud) and I think Siffrin would be flustered but can't deny stuffed animals helping. It also is kinda like, well they don't remember their childhood and its a way to connect to their inner child and i think that would be so fucking sweet RAHH

And from then on its like the fam's mission to get stuffed animals and/or dolls for em when able
