Princey probably didn't know there was a holiday going on in Hyrule, but that's no matter. Gifts are more fun when there's a surprise element to it! The Little Prince was a lover of nature, and what better gift than to introduce him to the little fellows who add a little cheerful magic to nature? Link leads Prince deep in the Minish Woods there is a shrine where Hylians and other 'large' beings can encounter and converse with the small fairy creatures: the Picori themselves!

Prince does adore adventures and thereby suspecting nothing when Link suddenly decided to take him somewhere deep in the woods. Every now and then he’ll ask the other where they were going, but Link would either say nothing, or something indicative of secrecy. So it was a surprise! How exciting!

The sound of tiny flutes and stringed instruments tickle at the boy’s ears as they draw close to a stone shrine covered in greenery. Curiously, he approaches the shrine with Link in tow when he spots movement in the green and crouches with peering eyes.

“Oh!” he exclaims with a start when he realizes that such movement and music was being made by the small fair-folk of the shrine.

“How charming! They play so beautifully!” the boy is all smiles.

I’m gonna do a draft-sweep here since it’s been a while and a LOT has happened in the time that I’ve not been writing Prince. If we have a thread you want me to KEEP, then feel free to let me know.

Prince is not my strongest muse at the moment, so I may keep interactions to a minimum, but I am gonna try and do this whole balancing act with both him and David. Hasn’t been a successful endeavor in the past, but we’ll see how it goes.
