i love my two soft boys
hello everyone! i tried to keep the advice as original as possible (sometimes failing terribly). hope you can get something out of it! 🌱

Do not let them consume you. They don’t define who you are.
my top 4 books of this summer
Today I want to recommend you my “top 4 books of this summer”. Maybe you like it or not, but these books have made my holidays.
Okay, the first one is The Snowman by Jo Nesbø. It is the crime-novel, and seventh book in Harry Hole series. The main hero is the Norwegian detective Harry Hole, who investigates a string of murders of women in Oslo. When I started to read this book, it seemed little boring for me, but after reading the first chapter I could not tear myself away from the book. I really like the atmosphere of the book: darkness, fear and hopelessness. Now I’m reading the Cockroaches, the second book in the series, and The Redeemer, the sixth, waits its turn.
“Did you know that darkness has a taste, Grandma?”
The second book is Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones. I think almost everyone know this book thanks to Hayao Miyazaki, who written and directed anime based on this novel. The story tells us about the young girl/woman Sophie, who was turned into an old lady by the Witch of the Waste. After this, she began to work as a housekeeper for the Wizard Howl. And here her adventures have started. You think this book is for children but the author’s style is so good and so light, that it’s almost impossible not to read it.
“I hope your bacon burns.”
The third book is the young adult novel All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven. The story tells us about two broken teenagers Theodore and Violet. They met each other on the bell tower, became partners for a school project and started to travel around their state to see interesting or unusual sites. Their story is so good and tender and I like it so much. However, I want to caution you before you start to read this book: it has triggers such as suicide thoughts and depression. Please, be attentive. And please, stay alive today for me and I will be alive for you.
“You are all the colors in one, at full brightness.”
The fourth book is Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli. You don’t even know how I like this book. It was my third reread of this novel and I think it was not the last one. The story is about a boy Simon who comes out of the closet and falls into his first relationship. The book teaches us to be honest with yourself and accept who you are, even if sometimes it is too hard. I hope the majority of you have watched the movie based on this book Love, Simon with the nice Nick Robinson as the main character. If not, you should watch movie or read book as soon as possible, it’s worth it.
“I guess what I mean is that sometimes it seems like everyone knows who I am except me.”
