Before and after. Homeowner went from a 60 mph rated 3-tab shingle to a 130 mph rated architectural shingle and we legitimately covered it through #insurance On the left - before. Seeing is believing. There’s more to a quality job than name-brand materials. We are working on replacing an expensive “name brand” roof that had 40-year class 4 rated shingles today. This roof was hand-nailed by another roofing company 12 years ago. Gutters play an important role in reducing structural damage to your home. This home has two expansive hip roof sections draining into a valley plus off these hips and down onto a small gabled roof over the front door.
